The Boot Bible is website that acts as a broker website that allows a range of sellers from individual sellers to retail sellers.
During the seller set up process, we encourage all sellers to state their returns policies and sales policies when listing all items on their portal.
Therefore, all returns policies vary from seller to seller, so please make sure all policies are checked and noted before proceeding to purchase.
The Boot Bible does not hold any responsibilities for offering refunds to any buyer or seller.
Any transaction that does not go smoothly, will need to be resolved between buyer and seller.
However, at The Boot Bible we offer our support to help with a case resolution on the two key criteria mentioned below:
- An Item has not been received, e.g. Lost in Transit within the Postal Service.
- Delivery of Item that is not the same as listed on the site.
Any issue that occurs involving one of the above bullet points will be handled on a case by case basis and no compensation is guaranteed.
If purchases are made on a Credit Card, speak your Credit Card provider and they may offer a form of chargeback system. However this will need to be addressed with the individual buyer or seller
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and look for a resolution between Seller and the buyer
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
